Каникулы закончились, и снова учебники, домашки, ранние подъёмы… После праздников сложно влиться в ритм, особенно когда внутри тревога, усталость или просто ощущение, что никто не понимает.

Если хочется пространства, где можно быть собой, говорить о важном и чувствовать поддержку, приглашаю в нашу подростковую группу, где я, психолог и групповой терапевт Катерина Красницкая, помогаю ребятам разбираться в своих эмоциях, переживать их, не прячась в гаджеты, кайфовать от общения со сверстниками.

Для подростков, которым:
✅ сложно найти друзей и адаптироваться в чужой стране
✅ тяжело с родителями и сверстниками
✅ непонятно, как справляться со своими переживаниями, вопросами, стрессами

❗️ Возрастное ограничение от 13 до 17 лет

Встречаемся в Бечичах по четвергам с 18:00 до 20:00
Группа длительного формата
Постоянный состав
Стоимость встречи 25 евро
