Учреждения культуры региона в честь 82-й годовщины этого события подготовили цикл историко-патриотических мероприятий, тематических выставок и акций, уроков мужества, кинопоказов, которые пройдут во всех муниципальных образованиях Приморского края до конца февраля. Также Приморье присоединится к всероссийской акции «200 минут чтения: Сталинграду посвящается», которая пройдёт 2 февраля в библиотеках по всему краю. Во время акции школьники будут на протяжении 200 минут зачитывать вслух отрывки из художественных произведений, посвящённых Великой Отечественной войне.
