🎆 В предстоящий уик-энд прощаемся с первым месяцем зимы, встречаем февраль. 🍁❓💐Погода в Воронеже пока что больше напоминает раннюю весну, так что и развлечения под стать: в парках организуют пробежки, возобновляет работу велопрокат 🚲(в Центральном парке, но время работы надо уточнять), любимые театры, кино и много музыки 🎷🎻– это все само собой. Чем себя занять, чтобы выходные не пролетели мимо, рассказываем в традиционной пятничной афише.

Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
