19 января 2025 года все желающие спортсмены и члены СПК «ЯРОПОЛК» выехали в купель Елизаветинского храма в мкр. Опалиха городского округа Красногорск Московской области.

Те, кто окунулся в купель, верят, что с этого дня перед ними открылся светлый и добрый путь, по которому они пройдут легко и с радостью, оставаясь чистыми душой, здоровыми духом и сильными верой!

Закаливание организма – это совокупность специальных тренировок, которые направлены на укрепление защитных сил организма.
Такие процедуры помогают повысить адаптацию к условиям внешней среды.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
