В новом офисе клиенты смогут купить или переоформить билеты на рейсы авиакомпании, приобрести дополнительные услуги, получить новую карту участника программы «Аэрофлот Бонус», справку о совершённом перелёте или его стоимости, а также другие услуги.
Интерьер помещения оформлен в корпоративном стиле с использованием современных высококачественных материалов. Входная группа оборудована полноразмерными цифровыми экранами, на которых демонстрируются факты об истории Аэрофлота и стратегии развития компании.
