Атаку, по предварительной информации, организовали те же боевики, которые расстреляли сотрудников полиции 21 апреля в районе «Нижнего Рынка» в Карачаевске. Среди подозреваемых Джазаев Казбек, Руслан Семенов, Владимир Аверьянов, Ахмат Эльканов и его брат Эльканов Руслан.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
