В Вологде будут демонтировать временные сооружения. Администрация города продолжает работу по устранению незаконных построек и конструкций. Планируется снести:
павильон у дома № 109 на улице Карла Маркса; павильон у дома № 2 на улице Ильюшина; три объекта у дома № 2 на улице Водников.
Решение о сносе уже принято и опубликовано на сайте городской администрации. В документе говорится: «Предложить владельцам незаконно установленных временных сооружений добровольно выполнить требования распоряжения». @ai_vol

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
