Лапшу, снеки, шоколад и печенье из этих насекомых представили на форуме Innofood 2023 в Сочи.

Посетители мероприятия могли попробовать сверчков в специях, а также приобрести пищевую добавку из сверчковой муки и порошка витграсса, который делается из молодых побегов пророщенной пшеницы. По словам производителя, добавка содержит высокое количество белка, а также богата витаминами и минералами. Ее предлагается использовать, чтобы «разнообразить рацион». Вся продукция выпускается в России, а сверчков поставляет Китай.
