Вот уже пару месяцев я регулярно хожу в спортзал. У нас на острове есть неплохой и мы начали им пользоваться. Сейчас у нас +25° и красота, поэтому в качестве альтернативы пользуемся уличным вариантом (на картинках).
Я очень неспортивный человек, максимум в лучшие периоды меня хватало на йогу и пробежки. Силовые нагрузки меня привлекли внезапно и прежде всего эффектом на головушку и уровень энергии. Вот что я могу отметить на фоне даже небольшого (дважды в неделю) количества силовых нагрузок:
🔵ощущение силы и тонуса в теле. кайф!
🔵значительно больше энергии
🔵положительные эмоции ярче
🔵больше ясности и "цепкости" в уме
В общем, почему я столько откладывала это дело? Если вы тоже откладывайте, то вот вам волшебный мотивационный толчок! 📢
