В ходе допроса молодой человек признался, что устроить поджог ему поручили украинские спецслужбы через мессенджер WhatsApp. Они же координировали подготовку и сам процесс поджога. Им же поджигатель отправил отчет о совершенном преступлении.
Следовенными органами возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 205 УК РФ ("Террористический акт"), говорится в сообщении. Фигурант задержан до избрания ему меры пресечения судом.
