Из состава президиума исключили Юрия Трутнева, главу ДНР Дениса Пушилина и руководителя Ингушетии Махмуд-Али Калиматова, мэра Мурманска Юрия Сердечкина.
Также в президиуме больше не представлены губернаторы Амурской, Белгородской, Кировской и Курганской областей и Краснодарского края.
