Ходят слухи, что есть какое-то особенное время для наблюдений за сиянием, так вот друзья, такого времени не существует. Иногда надо выезжать сразу с закатом, а иногда приходится ждать подходящих параметров уже на точке наблюдений и сиять начинает далеко за полночь. Все зависит о того, в какое время начинается воздействие солнечного ветра на Землю. Какими будет солнечный ветер и главное - направление межпланетного магнитного поля.

Вот такое сияние было ранним вечером, в 18:20, фактически еще был синий час, и как-то очень стремительно за 20 минут с крайнего севера сияние перебралось на полярный круг, стало ярким и зрелищным. Кандалакшский район.
