Австрийская Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) завершила сделку по продаже своей доли в белорусском Приорбанке инвестору из ОАЭ — Soven 1 Holding.
Сделка снизит коэффициент достаточности основного капитала австрийской группы (без учета России) на конец 2024 года на 5 б.п. из-за того, что сумма, полученная от продажи, оказалась ниже балансовой стоимости капитала компании. Это отразится и на консолидированной прибыли группы – убыток может составить 830 млн евро.
