Административное давление, рейдерство, криминал, разбавленные бездействием Хабирова в нужный момент. Последний яркий пример — снос "Олимпик-парка".
Никакой пандемией происходящее нельзя объяснить. Да и управленцы Башкирии уже отчитались о достижении допандемийных показателей. Причина на виду — старыми ключами из 90х не открыть новые двери.
