Фактически разработчикам ИИ хотят дать право использовать интеллектуальную собственность через коллективные лицензии. Очень интересно как это будет развиваться, выйдет ли/уже выходит ли на наднациональные рамки Евросоюза и как сами правообладатели к этому отнесутся.
