Впрочем, похоронки родным мобилизованных стали приходить куда раньше. 11 октября стало известно о гибели Евгения Бизяева из Краснотурьинска, которого отправили на фронт спустя несколько дней после призыва. А еще раньше в сеть просочилась информация о гибели трех жителей Карпинска, мобилизованных 26 и 28 сентября.
Слаживание и боевая подготовка солдат, как принято в МО РФ, проходят в основном в отчетах начальникам.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
