На этот раз эксперты посчитали, во сколько бюджету системы здравоохранения обойдется включение в перечни ЖНВЛП и ВЗН препарата равулизумаб для пациентов с атипичным гемолитико-уремическим синдромом (аГУС) и пароксизмальной ночной гемоглобинурией (ПНГ).
Как пишет «Российская газета», решение комиссии не только не приведет к росту расходов, а напротив позволит бюджету сэкономить – от 4 до 7 миллионов рублей в расчете на одного пациента с аГУС.
Для пациентов с ПНГ экономия может доходить до 4 млн рублей ежегодно.
