Комплекс в городе Дубна будет включать три части: производство лекарств для онкологии, участок для выпуска гормональных и инъекционных препаратов, а также склад. Здесь смогут ежегодно выпускать 3,7 млн таблеток и капсул, 70 тыс. флаконов, 22 млн упаковок гормональных препаратов и 7,8 млн ампул для инъекций.
Проект направлен на импортозамещение жизненно важных лекарств и уже достиг 41% строительной готовности. Завершены котлован, фундамент и каркас, ведётся монтаж фасадов. Открытие запланировано уже на следующий год.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
