Минздрав России утвердил проведение III фазы клинических испытаний генотерапевтического средства ANB-002 для терапии гемофилии B, старт которой запланирован на декабрь 2024 года. Параллельно идет набор участников для I-II фазы исследований.
В рамках исследования пациентам с тяжелым течением заболевания вводились три дозы препарата, а также исследовалось применение глюкокортикоидов.
По словам Юлии Линьковой, вице-президента BIOCAD по клиническим исследованиям и разработке, у многих испытуемых после приема ANB-002 прекратилась необходимость в заместительной терапии, и они больше не сталкиваются с кровотечениями. Препарат способствует восстановлению синтеза фактора IX, что существенно отличает его от стандартных инъекционных методов лечения.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
