Правительство Российской Федерации поддерживает законопроект о введении штрафов до 500 тыс. рублей за продажу энергетических напитков детям при условии его доработки.
Инициатором законопроекта стала депутат Госдумы Нина Останина. Она предложила введение следующих штрафов за продажу энергетиков несовершеннолетним:
— От 30 тыс. до 50 тыс. рублей для физических лиц — От 100 тыс. до 200 тыс. рублей для должностных лиц — От 300 тыс. до 500 тыс. рублей для юридических лиц.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
