Парламентская группа осмотрела обновленные канализационно-очистные сооружения правого берега Ангары в Иркутске и осталась довольна. Систему очистки воды назвали одной из лучших в России. Состояние КОС было одной из проблем, и она решена. Сбрасываемые стоки теперь не представляют опасности для окружающей среды.

Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
