📍Отныне иностранным гражданам получить разрешение на временное проживание в Российской Федерации вне квоты по браку с гражданином Российской Федерации можно будет, только если брак длится не менее трех лет или у них есть общий ребенок.
✅Вид на жительство в упрощенном порядке сможет получить иностранный гражданин, если ребенок рожден (усыновлен) в браке с гражданином Российской Федерации.
📍Если между родителями брак не зарегистрирован, то необходимо подтверждение судом факта их совместного проживания в стране не менее трех лет, а также участие в содержании и воспитании.
Брак, который являлся основанием для получения разрешения на временное проживание, а в последующем вида на жительство, будет признан судом недействительным либо расторгнут, то соответствующий миграционный статус будет аннулирован, в том числе по решениям, которые были приняты до 25 января 2025 г.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
