По словам очевидцев, накануне поздно ночью на пульт дежурного поступил звонок от местного жителя Валентина Дубровского, который заявил, что выпал из поезда в районе железнодорожного вокзала станции Новочеркасск.
На место незамедлительно была отправлена следственно-оперативная группа.
Сейчас сотрудники полиции выясняют все обстоятельства случившегося: почему мужчина оказался в такой ситуации, и не был ли это несчастный случай.
