С 1 марта ужесточается и ряд моментов по оформлению недвижимости в собственность.
Так:
🔹 не получится уже зарегистрировать в ЕГРН договоры о переоформления права собственности на земельные участки, которые не прошли процедуру межевания и не имеют официальных границ. В итоге такой участок можно получить по наследству, но никаких других официальных действий с ним сделать нельзя будет;
🔹 не получится поставить на кадастровый учет или внести запись о праве собственности в ЕГРН и на строения, расположенные на участке без установленных границ;
🔹 а вот, если у вас есть объекты недвижимости, приобретенные до 1998 года и не отраженные в ЕГРН, то их обязательно надо туда внести, приложив к заявлению техпаспорт объекта. Иначе по ним невозможно будет совершать сделки.
