Многое из книги не впечатлило, потому что неприменимо для меня. Серьёзных тревожных расстройств у себя не заметила. А та тревога, которая не мешает привычной жизни, вроде волнения перед приемом у стоматолога или перед собеседованием, которое есть у каждого второго - это норма.
Так что если тревога не мешает вам жить, не сковывает, не парализует, то в общем-то не тревожьтесь и проходите мимо книги. Ничего не потеряете ;)

The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
