В Минстрое объяснили, что сейчас в «Тридевятом царстве» обустраивают галереи первого и второго уровня, монтируют подвесной потолок зрительного зала, ведут вертикальную планировку территории, монтаж вентиляционных и внутренних инженерных систем, укладывают брусчатку, а также устанавливают вентилируемый фасад над сценической коробкой здания.

The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
