По словам очевидцев, водитель «Мерседеса» устроил ДТП, после чего он и его друзья решили покачать права на участников аварии. Один из них даже вооружился пистолетом, однако неизвестно, был ли он настоящим или игрушечным. После недолгого разговора водитель черного «Мерседеса» сел в машину и уехал в неизвестном направлении, да так спешил, что забыл товарища!
Сейчас сотрудники полиции выясняют все обстоятельства инцидента.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
