В 2011 году новоиспеченный распильщик госбюджета Дмитрий Баканов защищал кандидатскую диссертацию в Петербургском экономическом университете. Вуз её скрыл (хотя обязан был опубликовать в РГБ), поэтому найти удалось только автореферат его работы. Выяснилось, что все страницы начиная с 10-й содержат копирования и заимствования из чужих работ. Там должны были содержаться выводы самого Баканова, а не списанные у других. В «Диссернете» говорят, что скорее всего, он списал и саму диссертацию, но всё равно получил степень кандидата экономических наук.

Баканов с 2019 года работал в Минтрансе, а сегодня возглавил «Роскосмос» вместо Юрия Борисова. Руководители в госкорпорации постоянно сменяются, а коровы в космос так и не улетели она только бьёт рекорды по коррупции.
