📌Обозначу ключевые моменты: ▫️На новые кредиты в 2025 году будет выделено 48,7 млрд рублей (28,6 млрд руб. из них на весенние полевые работы). ▫️Льготная ставка для краткосрочных кредитов на приоритетные направления сельского хозяйства, в том числе на малые формы хозяйствования - 8,3% - 12,5%. ▫️Льготные кредиты будут выдаваться без привязки к страхованию.
☑️В льготном кредитовании будут участвовать 40 банков. В том числе ВТБ и Сбербанк. Ведущим банком для АПК был и остается АО «Россельхозбанк».

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
