Председателю Централизованной религиозной организации "Духовное управление мусульман Российской Федерации" внесено представление об устранении нарушения закона, сообщает ТАСС.
Напомним, Советом улемов Духовного управления мусульман России было принято богословское заключение, разрешающее многоженство при условии равного отношения мужчины ко всем женам.
Вместе с тем семейное законодательство не допускает заключение брака между лицами, из которых хотя бы одно лицо уже состоит в другом зарегистрированном браке. Религиозный брак не признается государством и не влечет правовых последствий.
