Сегодня на заседании Президиума регионального политсовета «Единой России» наметили планы работы в рамках Года защитника Отечества.

Первая и главная задача – забота о ветеранах Великой Отечественной войны. Жизнь тех, кто защищал страну в страшные годы войны, должна быть достойной и обеспеченной. Партийцы окружают наших дорогих ветеранов вниманием, помогают с решением всех волнующих их вопросов.

Как отметил секретарь Генсовета «Единой России» Владимир Якушев, мероприятиями в год 80-летия Победы мы также закладываем фундамент в воспитание подрастающего поколения.

«Единая Россия» проведёт традиционную патриотическую акцию «Диктант Победы». Партийцы также примут участие в создании муралов в школах региона в память о наших Героях. Будут проведены и другие акции: «Знамя Победы», «Письмо Герою», «Окна Победы». Кроме того, подмосковное отделение «Единой России» запустит свой проект – «Гордость поколений».

Важно передать нашей молодёжи ценности поколения победителей – это служение своей стране и ответственность за её судьбу.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
