Девелопер AFI Development (Марк Гройсман) решил не строить обещанную инфраструктуру и заявил о застройке территорию ЖК "Одинбург" (Московская обл., г.Одинцово) еще 10 корпусами.

AFI Development, когда строил жилой квартал на 18 тыс. жителей, обещал две школы, два детсада, поликлинику, парк с зоной отдыха и детские площадки. В итоге построил один детсад.

Более 100 семей записали обращение к застройщику и местным властям. Проблемы классические: переполнены школы и детсады, жителям не хватает общественных мест, машины во дворах стоят в два-три ряда, на дорогах пробки.

Поэтому жителям непонятно, куда еще 10 домов хочет пристроить наглый девелопер.
