🏆Топ-5 объектов национального проекта «Безопасные качественные дороги» Липецкой агломерации: сегодня - самый знаковый объект. Это еще один мост, на этот раз в Грязях.

🚧Переправа через р. Дрязгавка в районе Культиваторного завода совсем небольшая – всего 24 м. Но это был последний в регионе мост в предаварийном состоянии. – Такую категорию присваивают сооружениям, которые уже невозможно нормально эксплуатировать без ограничений передвижения. У грязинского моста была закрыта для проезда одна из полос.

👍После проведенной реконструкции ограничения больше не требуются – переправа соответствует всем нормативам по грузоподъемности, надёжности и безопасности. Оставили на память немного красивых рабочих фоток.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
