Наблюдая за дискуссиями вокруг миграционной политики в России удивляюсь тому, что редко обращаются к опыту нашей части Союзного государства - Республики Беларусь, где эта проблема давно и успешно решена.
Корень проблемы не в мигрантах как таковых, а в слабости государственных структур, миграцию контролирующих. И во всесилии бизнеса, который на этом зарабатывает огромные деньги и коррумпирует государственные структуры.
За 30 лет накопился ворох проблем, которые в одночасье не решить без серьезных потерь для экономики, особенно в условиях военного времени. Но белорусский пример - это хороший ориентир. Бизнес должен быть под контролем государства, наказание за коррупцию должно быть суровым и неотвратимым.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
