В Екатеринбурге с 1 января 2025 года поднимется плата за присмотр и уход за малышами. Новые расценки указаны в распоряжении департамента образования. Публикуем их:
Ясельная группа:
🔸3 часа без питания — 180 руб. в месяц; 🔸4 часа — 970 руб. в месяц; 🔸10,5 часов — 3200 руб. в месяц (для детей с ОВЗ — 2450 руб.); 🔸 12 часов — 3370 руб. в месяц (для детей с ОВЗ — 2610 руб.).
Обычная группа:
🔸3 часа без питания — 180 руб. в месяц; 🔸4 часа — 1140 руб. в месяц; 🔸10,5 часов — 3760 руб. в месяц (для детей с ОВЗ — 2860 руб.); 🔸12 часов — 3970 руб. в месяц (для детей с ОВЗ — 3050 руб.).

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. NEWS At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
