Та же самая Китикова объясняла, что у предприятия "Фармация" якобы нет средств, чтобы заменить сломавшийся компьютер (с его помощью шёл учёт льготных лекарств). А оказывается, деньги-то были. Но кое-кто их просто-напросто украл...
