В Пермском крае разгорается крупный скандал.
ВРИО губернатора Пермского края Дмитрий Махонин назначил своего друга и бизнеспартнера, Алексея Буракова руководителем АО "КРПК" (100% владелец - Министерство строительства Пермского края).
В июне 2019 года решением Арбитражного суда города Москвы гражданин Бураков признан банкротом (!) и в соответствии с законом «О несостоятельности...» в течение трех лет не может занимать руководящие должности.
Однако запреты, установленные судом или федеральным законом снова и снова не смущают ВРИО губернатора.
И теперь друг Махонина, москвич Бураков, облапошивший (как говорят, не без участия Махонина) своих кредиторов на сумму около 300 миллионов (!) рублей, "всплыл" в Пермском крае и будет осваивать федеральные средства, выделяемые в рамках нацпроекта "Расселение ветхого и аварийного жилья".
