Худшая динамика отмечается в российской столице (-23,3% к январю-октябрю 2023 года).
В ТОП-5 регионов по объему ввода жилья за январь-октябрь 2024 года входят:
Московская область – 9,7 млн м² Краснодарский край – 5,5 млн м² Москва – 3,9 млн м² Ленинградская область – 3,6 млн м² Республика Татарстан – 3,1 млн м²
