Тулы накинулся с ножом на гостей города, выкрикивая националистические лозунги. При задержании у молодого человека на обеих руках красовались 2 фашистские свастики, нарисованные подручными средствами. Видимо денег на татуировку не нашлось. Ведется следствие по ч.2 ст. 119 УК РФ.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram.
