На одном канале увидела советскую открытку с ракетами и дедом Морозом. А ведь этот вид искусства почти ушел - открытки-плакаты.

Открытки вообще никуда не делись, у кросспостеров они пользуются неизменным спросом. Но вот именно такие изображения - отражающие достижения страны на поздравительных открытках, их больше нет. А жаль. Это ведь еще и красиво.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
