По моей информации, площадки под этими кинотеатрами рассматривают под строительство жилья. По крайней мере, с таким предложением к их владельцу выходили консультанты. Впрочем, не будем исключать, судя по развитию событий, их продажу или использование под строительство ТЦ. Иными словами, продолжаем следить.
