Комитет Госдумы по бюджету и налогам рекомендовал нижней палате парламента принять в первом чтении законопроект, предусматривающий снижение административной нагрузки на экспортеров сырой нефти, сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) и газового конденсата. Планируется, что Госдума рассмотрит инициированный правительством РФ документ на заседании 10 декабря.
Инициатива связана с тем, что в рамках завершения налогового маневра в нефтяной отрасли с 1 января 2024 года ставки вывозных таможенных пошлин на сырую нефть обнулены, также действует нулевая ставка вывозной таможенной пошлины в отношении газового конденсата и СПГ. Соответственно, описанные в законопроекте нормы федерального закона «О таможенном тарифе» утратили актуальность.

Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
