Конференцию открыл президент РАЕН Бурак Петр Иосифович директор Московского института региональных экономических исследований, доктор экономических наук (на первых трёх фото).
Пётр Иосифович – известный российский ученый-регионалист, создатель «Стратегии социально-экономического развития города Москвы до 2020 г.», а также разработчик «Генеральной схемы развития и размещения промышленности и науки в городе Москве на период до 2025 г.»
По стратегиии Петра Бурака Иркутская область также будет развиваться до 2030 года.
