В общем, наученные горьким опытом, мы были готовы, что не все будет гладко. Но казалось, что при личной беседе нам удастся убедить, что Гумсклад — отличный съемщик. У нас чисто, приличные посетители, аренду всегда вовремя платим, ни в каких сомнительных мероприятиях не участвуем…
С последним помещением, план которого на фото, совсем обидно. Это первое помещение, которое отвечало максимуму требований. Мы несколько недель вели переговоры, встречались, присылали всевозможные ссылки и рекомендации, но тщетно.
Но мы почти не унываем, в сотый раз за день обновляем Авито и верим, что Гумсклад найдет-таки свой новый дом!
