В январе 2025 года после тушения пожара в автомобиле, припаркованном у многоквартирного жилого дома в городе Чапаевске Самарской области, обнаружено тело 22-летнего местного жителя без признаков жизни.
По данному факту следственным отделом по городу Чапаевску следственного управления Следственного комитета РФ по Самарской области возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство).
В настоящее время по уголовному делу проведен осмотр места происшествия, назначены судебно – медицинская и пожарно-техническая экспертизы, проводятся следственные действия и оперативные мероприятия, направленные на установление подозреваемого и всех обстоятельств происшествия. Оперативное сопровождение по уголовному делу осуществляется сотрудниками ГУ МВД РФ по Самарской области.
