С 1 декабря 2024 года вступил в силу Федеральный закон № 391-ФЗ, который расширяет гарантии для военнослужащих. Теперь при заключении контракта на военную службу более чем на год, исполнительные производства по неисполненным кредитным обязательствам (включая ипотеку) до 10 миллионов рублей будут прекращены.
Чтобы прекратить исполнительные производства и снять аресты, необходимо обратиться в подразделение ГУФССП России, где ведется исполнительное производство или в аппарат Главного управления.
