Прошедшая неделя выдалась не сильно креативной, поэтому в основном я экспериментировала с омлетами на завтрак.

Вариант 1
С моцареллой и томатами

С кабачками
Просто порезать кабачки кольцами, обжарить на сковороде с 2 сторон до мягкости и залить яйцами

*К сырникам лучше добавлять побольше ягод, так как, напоминаю, молочка имеет высокий ГИ . Если готовите сами, используйте цельнозерновую муку. Замена пшеничной муки на альтернативную (кокосовую/гречневую и тд) имеет смысл только если у вас чувствительность к глютену или если вам так вкусно!
Большой разницы в калорийности и ценности нет.
