В перечень работ входит реставрация и воссоздание оснований башни, фундаментов, кладки, а также декоративно-художественных покрасок, штукатурной отделки и архитектурно-лепного декора.
Фактически подрядчик должен привести в порядок всю башню: от основания до шатра башни. На проведение работ, согласно документации, приложенной к аукциону, отводится семь месяцев.
