После 30 лет сознательного построения индивидуалистического общества невозможно сделать рывок к традиции. А если и возможно, то лишь в локальных группах, ценностно к нему уже готовых. Для переориентации мировоззрения должна быть подготовлена почва. Это не происходит ни за год, ни за два. Ну не станет вдруг человек считать, что пора рожать детей, как бы к этому ни подталкивала демографическая политика, если он как "личность" сформировался в иной ценностной закваске. До него не достучаться, потому что отсутствует аксиологический механизм схватывания этой идеи как блага. Ну не мыслится индивидуалистом создание детей как безусловное благо - хоть кол на голове теши.
