В Улан-Удэ сегодня в 12:00 произвели полуденный выстрел из 122-миллиметровой гаубицы Д-30.

Он был посвящен Дню защитников Отечества.

В торжественном мероприятии принял участие Председатель Народного Хурала Республики Бурятия Владимир Павлов и от имени депутатов поздравил защитников Отечества с праздником.

В полуденном выстреле приняли участие парадные расчеты 36-ой общевойсковой армии, кадеты республиканской школы-интерната и юнармейцы.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
